Into a blender:
4 large eggs
1/2 teasp. salt
1 teasp. vanilla

175 grams milk

100 grams sourdough starter (try either fresh or discard)

Instructions:
Fry these crepe-like pancakes in butter in a hot frying pan. You may want to add a pinch more salt to the batter.
